Service"). The Company respects the privacy of the users of the Service. This Privacy Policy explains how the Company uses data and information provided to the Company through the Service or while visiting our site located at
www.lavlaron.com or any other site or application that has been set up and/or will be set up by the Company, alone or jointly with others for the offering of the Service.

In this Privacy Policy, when we use the term "
Personally Identifiable Information" we mean information that can be directly associated with a specific individual or entity. Examples of Identifying Information include, without limitation:
- name, address, phone number or e-mail address etc.;
- information about activities directly linked to an individual;
- pictures and other content that may identify you.
You are not legally obligated to provide us with Personally Identifiable Information, but if you do not provide this information you will not be able to use the Services.
1. The Information That You UploadWE DO NOT COLLECT ANY PERSONALLY IDENTIFIABLE INFORMATION THAT YOU ENTER INTO THE DIGITAL FORMS OF OUR SERVICE.
The Personally Identifiable Information that we collect is subject to your consent as follows:
- Submitting Form for conversion - When upload/submit new form and in order to convert it to a Digital Form, you will be asked to provide us with your e-mail address so we can notify you when the digital form is ready. This e-mail address will be collected.
- Saving Digital Form – Notwithstanding, when you choose to "Save" a Digital Form in our Service, we collect the content you filled/uploaded to the Digital Form, including any data, text, graphic in such form ("User Content"), which may include Personally Identifiable Information (depends on the information you provided within such form). SAVING YOUR FORM IS NOT OBLIGATORY. THIS IS OPTIONAL BENEFIT FOR FUTURE AND EASY USE OF OUR SERVICE. In order to use your saved Digital Form in the future you will be asked to provide us with your e-mail address. This e-mail address will be collected.
- Submitting Digital Form to third parties - With or without saving your Digital Form, the Personally Identifiable Information you filled/uploaded may be processed and transferred to the addressee of your choice ("Addressee") when you choose to submit such form to Addressee. When you choose to do so you will be asked to provide us with your e-mail address. This e-mail address will be collected.
The Company shall not bear any responsibility regarding the use of Personally Identifiable Information by such Addressee and we advise you to check the Addressee's privacy policy and other privacy practices before sharing such personal information with any Addressee.
By disclosing third party Personally Identifiable Information you declare that you have the legal right to do so, and have obtained any necessary consent.
Please use caution when uploading the content, and avoid any involuntary disclosure of your Personally Identifiable Information or disclosure of others' personal information without their consent.
2. The Non-Personally Identifiable Information That We Collect
When you access the Service, we collect information about your Service activity, for example your log-in and log-out time, the duration of Service sessions, the content uploaded and downloaded, viewed web-pages or specific content on web-pages, activity measures and geo-location.
3. What Do We Do With Personal Identifiable Information?
We use the Personally Identifiable Information we collect and receive to provide the Service to you and to other users, to enable the Service's tools and features, to study and analyze the functionality of the Service and users' activities, to provide support, to measure Service activity for pricing purposes, to maintain the Service, to make it better and to continue developing the Service.

4. Sharing Identifiable Information with Others
We will share the Personally Identifiable Information within the User Content you filled/ uploaded with Addressee of your choice, as aforementioned.
We do not sell, rent or lease your Personally Identifiable Information. We may share your Personally Identifiable Information with service providers and other third parties, if necessary to fulfill the purposes for collecting the information.
We may also share Personally Identifiable Information with our corporate affiliates, with the express provision that their use of such information must comply with this policy.
We may use subcontractors that are located in countries other than your own, and send them information we receive. For example, we may send your information to the United States or to countries outside the United States or the European Economic Area. All our subcontractors will be subject to nondisclosure and non-use obligations. Nevertheless, some countries may have levels of protection of personal and other information which are not as high as in your country of residence or business.
We may transfer Personally Identifiable Information if we sell our business or part of it or if we engage in a merger, acquisition or any other structural change, provided that the receiving entity will comply with this policy.

In order to manage the advertisements, these companies are likely to place a variety of objects in your computers such as Cookies, pixels and to integrate web beacons in the notices of advertisements or the Site’s pages. We use anonymous, statistical or aggregated information and may share it with our partners for legitimate business purposes. It has no effect on your privacy, because there is no reasonable way to extract data from the aggregated information that can be associated with you. 8. Information Security
The Company implements procedures and operates systems for information security to protect its users from unauthorized access of information it possesses. Nonetheless, the Company is unable to ensure absolute security from the invasion of its computers by unauthorized entities. The Company does not undertake that its services will be resistant absolutely to unauthorized access to information that it stores. The Company will not be liable for any damage caused due to the infiltration of information that it holds, including injury to privacy, unless it is proved that the invasion of privacy was caused maliciously on the part of the Company. In any event, the Company will not be liable and the user hereby waives its right to compensation with respect to any damage, whether monetary damage or damage that is not monetary, and to any indirect or resultant damages.

We request and collect minimal personal details that we need for the purposes described in this policy. At any time you may opt to terminate your use of the Service. Thereafter, we will stop collecting any Personally Identifiable Information from you. However, we may store and continue using or making available certain personal information that is related to you. Some web browsers offer a "Do Not Track" ("DNT") signal. A DNT signal is a HTTP header field indicating your preference for tracking your activities on the Service or through cross-site user tracking. Our Service does not respond to DNT signals.
10. Right to View Information
The data collected by the Company will be saved in the database. A person who has viewed his related information and found it to be inaccurate, incomplete, unclear or not updated, may contact the owner of the database with a request to delete the incorrect information or to correct it. 11. Data Retention
We retain different types of information for different periods, depending on the purposes for processing the information, our legitimate business purposes as well as pursuant to legal requirements under the applicable law.
For example, we may need to keep the information about the payment transactions that you made for several years due to tax related requirements, for accounts settling, record keeping, archiving and legal issues.
We may keep aggregated non-identifiable information without limitation, and to the extent reasonable we will delete or de-identify potentially identifiable information, when we no longer need to process the information.
In any case, as long as you use the Service, we will keep information about you, unless we are required by law to delete it, or if we decide to remove it at our discretion.
12. Transfer of data outside your territory
We are a web-based service. We may store and process information in various sites throughout the globe, including in sites operated and maintained by cloud based service providers. If you are a resident in a jurisdiction where transfer of your personal information to another jurisdiction requires your consent, then you provide us your express and unambiguous consent to such transfer.

Our Privacy Policy is liable to change from time to time. If changes are made to the Privacy Policy that concern a restriction of your rights or a different use of the personal information that you have provided, a notice thereof will be posted on the Site.
